Aldi customers have just days to snag £100 off their Christmas shop

Christmas is nearly here, which means it’s time to start preparing for the big festive food shop.

And if Aldi is your go-to supermarket, you’ll want to ♐keep hold of your receipt – as it could win you back your m𝓀oney.

From Sunday, December 1 the German retailer began its Big Advent Giveaway, offering UK ♎shoppers the opportunity to be paid back forꦍ the cost of their Christmas shopping.

Each day so far, one lucky customer was selected at random to receive a full refund on their groceries. But if you want to be in with a chance, you’ll have to act fast, because the promotion ends on Christmas Eve.

To take part in the Big Advent Giveaway, send a picture of your receipt to [email protected] and the supermarket will reimburse the value of the dai💧ly winner’s shop in Aldi vouchers up to the value of £100.

This comes ജafter Aldi was recently named Christmas Retailer of the Year by the Quality Food Awards, as well as Best Overall Grocer at the prestigious Good Housekeeping Institute Christmas Taste Test 2024.

The annual Good Housekeeping taste test, which tests 730 products from more than 97 brands, also crowned Aldi’s mince pies, turkey and champagne as bꩲes⛦t-in-class in their categories.

Aldi has also been named cheapest supermarket by consumer champion W🌳hich? every month this year.

However, the supermarket has also made a rather controversial move ahead of Christmas, wit🧜h t𒉰he recent release of a Brussels Sprout Kimchi Hot Sauce.

The ‘one-of-a-kind’ ‘condiment by Sauce Shop hit Aldi’s shelves on November 28, priced at £3.49, and divided shoppers with its mix𓄧 of Brussels sprouts, kimchi, green jalapenos and festive spices that offered a ‘tangy, fiery kick that promises to take festive meals to new heights’.

Founders of Sauce Shop, husba🍸nd and wife James and Pa𝕴m Digva, said they dreamt up the creation after experimenting with fermenting Brussels sprouts at home.

Pam said: ‘We’ve taken our passion😼 for fe🔥rmentation and applied it to something unexpected – Brussels sprouts.
